At Business Leaders Accelerate, we create high-impact events for senior executives to connect, share insights, and build meaningful relationships.

To support your participation, we collect relevant professional information, including your name, role, company, contact and registration details. This will be shared with attendees and event partners for event-related purposes such as introductions, meeting coordination, tailored sessions, and relevant follow-up. You may opt out of communications at any time.

By confirming your participation, you consent to your information being shared with sponsoring partners, even if you later cancel or do not attend. Whilst attendance is complimentary, complimentary delegate places are limited and are allocated carefully based on seniority, relevance and suitability for the event. Once a place is confirmed, Business Leaders Accelerate commits venue, catering, administration, delegate management and meeting coordination resources on your behalf. We therefore ask all confirmed delegates to honour their commitment.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Where a confirmed delegate cancels within 4 weeks of the event, they are required to provide a suitable replacement of similar seniority from their organisation. Any replacement delegate will be reviewed and approved by Business Leaders Accelerate before the place can be transferred.

Where a suitable replacement cannot be provided, the delegate agrees to honour any scheduled or requested meetings virtually at a mutually convenient time with the relevant solution partner(s).

If a delegate does not attend without notice, or if no suitable replacement is provided and the delegate does not agree to participate in or honour any agreed virtual meetings, we reserve the right to apply a non-attendance fee.
