These Terms & Conditions, along with the bespoke event booking form submitted by you (the Client or Delegate), together form a binding Agreement between you and Business Leaders Accelerate. (the Event Provider). This Agreement outlines the terms that govern your participation in a customised event designed specifically for your business objectives (the Event).
Our bespoke events are curated to deliver meaningful value through peer-level conversations. To maintain the integrity of the experience, all confirmed delegates may be required to complete a brief profile or registration form to ensure relevance and alignment.
By registering, you confirm that you meet the professional criteria for attendance and agree to participate respectfully, constructively, and in accordance with the nature of a premium business engagement.
Bespoke events are tailored experiences, and while we strive to deliver every detail as planned, the Event Provider reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to event logistics—including the venue, date, agenda, or guest list—where reasonably required.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, venue disruption, or force majeure), the Event will be rescheduled to an alternative date or month and your booking or participation will be rolled forward accordingly.
Due to the personalised nature of our events, bookings are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute of equal professional standing, subject to approval by the Event Provider.
Note: Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and any personal expenses unless explicitly included as part of the bespoke event experience.
This Agreement becomes effective once your booking has been confirmed by The Business Leaders Accelerate Events Ltd. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected in relation to bespoke event participation will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of event planning, delegate matching, communications, and post-event engagement as agreed.
