1. Agreement
These terms and conditions (Terms), along with the registration form submitted by you, the Delegate (Booking), together constitute the Agreement between you and The Business Leaders Accelerate Events Ltd. (Event Organiser), outlining the terms of your participation and attendance at the Event.
2. Event Attendance
To ensure the Delegate gains the most value from the event, they will be required to complete a profile. The Event Organiser is not responsible for any changes to the number or identity of other attendees. By registering, you confirm that you meet the necessary qualifications to attend and will conduct yourself in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
3. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by the Event Organiser
While the Event Organiser aims to follow the scheduled programme, it reserves the right to modify elements such as the venue, date, location, or features. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Event Organiser’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier failures, venue cancellations, or other emergencies), it will be rescheduled within 12 months, and the Delegate’s booking will be transferred accordingly.
4. Delegate Cancellations and Substitutions
Delegates are responsible for additional expenses such as parking, travel, and any non-organiser-arranged meals or refreshments. Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual if necessary. If you are unable to attend, you must inform the Event Organiser as soon as possible, and at least two (2) weeks before the event. A replacement delegate of equivalent authority may attend in your place, subject to the Event Organiser’s approval.
5. General Terms
This Agreement becomes legally binding once the Event Organiser confirms acceptance of the Delegate’s Booking. These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. 6. Data Protection and Privacy
The Event Organiser guarantees compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation 2016/679). The Delegate's information will be stored in our database and used for legally permitted purposes.
